Artist's Comments

Nabe Kadamura, General of the Kogasuma Army (assuming this design is accepted).
A brilliant tactician, at the expense of almost all traces of humanity. Kadamura is cold and calculating, seeing his men as little more than tools for the job at hand. Feared by the enemy and his own men, Kadamura gets results.
Kadamura has long since accepted that he is more likely to die at the hands of his own men than from the enemy but until that day he will continue to seek glory for Kogasuma.

Impressive work indeed! Great write-up and the look really fits with the Kogasuma. The Kogasuma flags were a very nive touch indeed! I really like how colourful this piece is. Many thanks! :thanks:

No problems - yeah I decided just to go all out on colour with this one...after my attempts with paint I went for the bright/safety of the markers ha ha.
any other person you'd like me to work on?

Sure thing, I'll let you know regarding other characters. :) He really has that feudal Japanese feel to him, which works well with the Kogasuma.

Impressive job overall on the character design. The color scheme works out well.

Have a nice day! :)

Yeah I knew that's the look you were going for and so I wanted to get a feel for a general sitting on a hill somewhere commanding his troops
:iconjeff3333:
Thanks - decided to go for a more cartooney style here hence the black shadows rather than darker coloured ones but i think it worked well.

Thanks very much

you covered the fact that the markers were bleeding well. Looks good.
